Ash Hairdressing is committed to placing the needs of our customers at the forefront of our service. At Ash Hairdressing, we believe that nothing comes before your satisfaction.

Please be aware that if you have booked a colour service, we ask new clients to take a patch test 48 hours before your appointment. We insist on following the rules of manufacturers regulations for your own saftey.

All prices shown are starting prices, and can vary depending on the individual service being carried out.

If you wish to cancel your appointment then please give us at least 48 hours notice. This is out of respect for our staff members and other clients, as cancellations with less notice are difficult to fill.

If for any reason you are running late for your appointment please call us on 01442 865626. We work hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service, so please be aware if your unfortunately later than 10 minutes or more your appointment may be required to be rescheduled for another day.

If after your appointment your're not satisfied with your service, we ask you to contact the salon within 7 days of that service. We value you as a client and would like every opportunity to exceed or meet your expectations. However, if you have changed your mind or return after 7 days, normal charges will apply.

We offer free consultations for every service.

We also offer complimentary fringe trims for all existing clients.

If you have extra thick or long hair we kindly ask for you to let us know, so we can book extra time for your service.

For any major colour corrections or colour services a deposit may be required.
